Solihull Home Care can often offer an alternative to residential, nursing or hospice care, allowing people to remain in the comfort of their own homes, in familiar surroundings with family and friends around them.
We aim to provide support that enables our service users to live life to the fullest without the constraints often associated with getting older or having a disability. We don't focus on what you are unable to do, instead we work with you to create a support plan that enables you and focuses on the things you are able to do well in order to continue feeling valued and a contributing member of society.
Our customers are always encouraged to take the lead with their support package, with the staff of Solihull Home Care actively supporting and providing guidance and encouragement. We work in a way that maximizes potential and enables our customers to make informed choices and take control over how they lives, maintaining their independence in their own homes wherever possible.
We are able to provide support this way because we take a holistic approach when providing our service and we understand that when it comes to people, one size does not fit all and therefore needs to be bespoke and personalised to meet individual needs, wants and aspirations.
When supporting our customers we encourage family and other significant people involvement, as this helps to truly provide a complete service. We work in partnership and alongside other professionals in order to meet the needs of our service users.
